Think Again Change
Think Again Change is a joint project between the TA team and two internationally acclaimed experts in leadership and organisational change Richard Gerver and David Bell.
What does Think Again Change actually do?
We support our clients through change. Using David Bell’s acclaimed Organisational Orchestra model, we help them develop the beliefs, behaviours systems and cultures required to sustain world-class results. Simply put, organisations bring us in to help them achieve better results for their ‘audience’ by making aspects of their businesses work more effectively.
Why does working with us help you?
Great individuals, teams and organisations recognise that they cannot be great at everything. In part, it is this awareness that makes them great. They concentrate their own efforts on the few things they are great at and surround themselves with world-class experts in those areas where they are not. This is no different. Many of the teams and organisations we work with are great at what they do, but use our support in the areas where we are great, specifically:
Communication: We can create cultures that enable world-class levels of communication at individual, team, managerial, leadership and organisational levels.
Empowerment: We can create cultures that enable leaders and managers to inspire and unleash the highest levels of trust, passion and talent in their people and also enable individuals to feel truly empowered to make decisions, be creative and fulfil their potential.
Impact: We can create cultures that put the right people in the right places doing the right things in the right way at the right time and deliver truly world-class levels of performance and results.
All consultants make big promises, what makes you any different?
Using the “Organisational Orchestra” we ensure that everything we do is measured against specific short and long term returns – financial, cultural or behavioural.
First we help clients understand how their organisation is performing at the moment and why. We show them how their personal, team or organisational approach works like an ecosystem; it’s not just a collection of random actions, processes, people and pieces. As they understand the connection between key performance elements and key cultural elements, they can identify and appreciate the “cause and effect”. To put it simply, they see the impact that their culture is having on their business.
Then we help them plan how they will perform tomorrow. Using our initial diagnosis, we look at where cultural changes can be made to improve performance. We then design, develop and deliver solutions that will provide sustained change at personal, team and organsational levels. Throughout, we work with clients to make sure these solutions are specific and measurable.
Shouldn’t we be talking?
